Putting You First

I hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end, I create an individualized treatment plan including Continued Care aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.

Spinal Decompression

The Lordex Procedure for spinal decompression therapy is the safe, painless, non-surgical choice for the treatment of the most common causes of low back pain

Dr. John Jaeger at ChiroPlus Wellness Center uses the Lordex Lumbar Decompression as an advanced non-surgical system for treating disabling low back pain. Computer-guided equipment unloads the spine and creates a negative pressure, or vacuum, within a herniated/bulging disc, drawing the disc off pain sensitive nerves and the spinal cord.

CDL-DOT Exams

FMCSA Requirement

The Department of Transportation (DOT) mandates that all commercial motor vehicle drivers have a physical examination to assure the safety of the driver and all persons on the highway. The standards that must be met are established by the Department of Transportation; NOT by the medical examiner. As of May 21, 2014 it is mandatory for drivers to be physically examined only by medical examiners who have completed advanced training and have passed certification testing by the FMCSA. Qualified medical examiners are listed on the NRCME website and are certified to perform DOT physical examinations. Custom Orthotics

Pain relief

Orthotics are a great way to help with issues related to walking and alignment, including knee, foot, and lower back pain. They can help to realign the bones in the foot and ankle, and take stress off other parts of the body, such as the back, neck, shoulders, and hips. Custom foot orthotics also cushion your feet, provide comfort, support your arches, and evenly distribute your body weight to eliminate pressure on your feet.
